We are writing with an important update regarding access to GauchoSpace course pages in Spring 2020:
- As of April 1, all Gauchospace course pages have been set to allow full access to students through the "Course Crasher" role. This means that you will be able to join the GauchoSpace course page and see course information and content before you are officially enrolled in the course.
- Remember, access to a GauchoSpace page through the Course Crasher role is meant to allow students on the waitlist to keep up with the course while they wait to be admitted. Joining a GauchoSpace page does not mean that your are enrolled in that course.
- Individual faculty have the option to revert this setting to only allowing enrolled students to see the GauchoSpace page for their course. If you are not yet enrolled in the course and do not see an option to join the GauchoSpace page, the instructor has chosen to do this.
Please contact individual instructors with any specific questions regarding how they will handle waitlist, crasher, and/or GauchoSpace access for their course.
